SLOOOOOOW – time and festivity
SLOOOOOOW – time and festivity is the choreographic and musical process of deceleration through which Parini Secondo and Bienoise seek to enter a state of suspension. A crowd of performers embodies the company’s previous work, SPEEED, and carries it toward an impossible temporality—from 160 to 5 BPM—transforming a caffeine-fuelled dance into a pretext for celebration.
The festivity as the regeneration of time through representation. Theatre as the repetition of mythical events that redeem us from the sufferings of history.
